Division of Work 

    Song Qi is in charge of the work concerning foreign affairs, Hong Kong and Macao affairs, commerce, ecological environment, etc; assisting in charge of the work concerning emergency management.

    He oversees the work of the Foreign Affairs Office and the Commerce Bureau; assisting in charge of the Emergency Management Bureau.

    He is in charge of liaison with the Overseas Chinese Federation, the Ecological Environment Bureau and the Customs.
